PARIS — Plans were unveiled Monday to build an ethereal, fully transparent museum designed by architect Frank Gehry that will house a contemporary art collection in Paris. But Gehry was commissioned by a different organization, which occupied the structure only briefly. Canadian architect Frank Gehry has designed a new museum in Paris to be called the Louis Vuitton Foundation for Creation.
